This time we had to create our own hand.
We started off by drawing our hand 20 times just to get the proportions right, then we had to make a front and side view of our hand.
Once that was done we could start modelling it in Maya, step by step we made the hand come to life.
Once that was done we imported it into Sculptris, a 3D sculpting program to add the final detailing to our hand and make it look realistic.
I really found this assignment interesting and full of new tips & tricks that I’ll be able to use for years to come.
